  • The non-executive director's (NED) role offers creative contribution to the board by providing independent oversight and constructive challenge to the executive team.

​

  • As an experienced NED, I see my role to provide a unique perspective towards strategy, risk management and succession planning with a particular expertise on business finances and corporate governance.​​

  • Paul’s expertise stems from both working with NEDs and being a NED and extends over two decades, in around half a dozen different businesses. He is currently an NED of an AIM listed public company, where he also chairs the Audit Committee.

  • ​Paul’s Charity experience includes being a Trustee of a high-profile Charity with annual operating cashflow of £5M and assets under management of over £35M.
