Post or pre-acquisition, during a high growth phase, during more challenging times, or ahead of an exit or IPO.
We work with the objective of putting in place strong financial discipline to support the immediate decision making process and the business road map to support longer term objectives. Sometimes assignments are hands-on short to mid-term, occasionally our role is supporting the existing CEO, Finance Director or Finance Controller with additional resource, mentoring or coaching, improving the output of financial information, or simply to help transition Managers into Leaders.
